Getting your MBA can take years, a lot of hard work and a significant monetary investment, so what happens when youíve finally finished it all and are ready to make the move back into the working world? In past years, financial institutions like investment firms and banks have been top recruiters of MBA grads. With the economic decline thatís taken a definite toll on many of these institutions, theyíre no longer the big dogs when it comes to recruitment. Instead, their place is being taken by firms dedicated to consulting. MBA grads will find that theyíll find a number of businesses eager to hire MBAs for consulting positions of all kinds. Right behind consulting in terms of sheer numbers of recruited MBAs is general industry.
