Searching the Database

You can use any one, or any number of the search criteria. The more you use together, the narrower the search. For example, if you only put a name in the School/University/Institution box you will get all the current students and recent graduates, listed on the site, from that School. If you select only a country in that country of residence box - you will get all the people , listed on the database , that are resident there.

Printing the Results

The results of the searches can be printed page-by-page using the printing facilities of your web browser. This can be particularly useful if you require a copy of a person's details for future reference.

Should you experience problems producing legible output with Netscape, review the "Page Setup" options on the "File" menu and set "Black Text" on.

Interpreting the Data

Telephone and fax numbers are generally the national numbers - ie the numbers to use if you are calling from within the country - but check if you need a leading zero. If you are calling from outside the country you will need to add the international dial code, etc. Toll free numbers are not listed - as they are sometimes not usable from outside the particular country.

Percentage figures (%) will be shown on the results of your search of the Graduates database. They are a measure of the extent to which a person matches the criteria that you used in the search

Searching for a person

To find a particular person, enter a name in the search box on the form - but because there may be several people with that name on the database - add also a country or some other data to narrow the search

Use Multiple Criteria

Select more than one item from the drop down lists where appropriate, in order to define broader areas for your searches.

MBA program Information

If you need information on Business Schools or their MBA program - and the School is not a partner of the site ( ie they are not featured on the School database - you can go to the MBA Program Information Site at www.MBAinfo.com to get details.
